Mission Statement:  The mission of Celebration Kidz is to partner with the family in leading kids to Christ and helping them grow spiritually.  To build our children's confidence and disciple them alongside their parents by innovatively, creatively, and lovingly assisting them to connect with God and to one another.  We will accomplish our mission by building relationships through community!

Confident

Everything the Children's Ministry does is centered on growing kids' confidence in God. We want our kids to have a deeply rooted confidence in God's character that leads them to passionately follow Him whether days are good or hard.

Jeremiah 17:7-8 paints a picture of what it looks like to be confident in God.

"But blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit." Jeremiah 17:7-8

Growing confidence in God is cultivated by connecting kids to four points:

Connecting Them to God

We want our kids to know God and trust Him. All that we teach is centered on the nature and character of God. Our primary environment for teaching is called Celebration Kidz; it is our weekend ministry for first through fifth graders. At Celebration Kidz, kids learn that God is:

Connecting Them to Their Parents

Parents hold the primary place of influence in their children's lives. We want to equip and encourage parents as they take the lead in the spiritual development of their children.

"You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.  You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates." Deuteronomy 6:5-9 (ESV)

It is important that kids develop strong relationships with their small group leaders. These relationships are essential to their growth and experience in Celebration Kidz. Leaders serve as godly role models and as a source of love, wisdom and encouragement.

Having strong relationships with peers is a key part of cultivating confidence in God. Even in the elementary years we want to begin sowing the seeds of community for our kids.

VeggieConnections
Preschool & Kindergarten
VeggieConnections is our new multi-media class with Bob the tomato and Larry the Cucumber for our preschoolers and kindergartens.  Kids know that VeggieTales® means fun. During the 52 weeks of VeggieConnections, they will learn to connect with the Lord in every part of their lives! This curriculum will build the basis of a life-long relationship with God. Infant & Toddler Nursery
6 weeks – 36 months
“…we will not all sleep, but we will all be changed.” -I Corinthians 15:51

• Our nurseries are located in the Administrative Building, directly adjacent to the Main Church Building.
• Nursery care is provided for all children birth through 3 years old.
• The nursery is available during all regularly scheduled services.

We consider every baby a blessing and promise from God. It is our desire to serve the needs of you and your child. We attempt to provide a comfortable environment so that each child may feel happy and loved.

The only acceptable nursery is a safe nursery. Celebration Center has gone to great lengths to insure each child will be nurtured in a safe and secure environment.
